For Anthony, the change was real. When his daughter was born, he couldn’t keep up with her. He couldn’t help his wife. Even for simple tasks, it was taxing. He says, “When the Oceanside location opened up five minutes from my house, I knew it was time to try something new.” So, he did! 5-6 days a week. 130 pounds later — in just a year and a half. “Orangetheory has changed my life. [And now], I am able to run around with my kids and not be tired after five minutes.”
