“After college, I gained about 45lbs — I was at my lowest mentally and physically. I had always been active but at this point in my life, I was not doing anything except working and going out with friends.”

“I never thought I would be in the best shape of my life at almost 30 years old. Orangetheory made me fall in love with fitness and increased my #mentalhealth immensely.
