Cam lives with Spina Bifida and is paralyzed from the waist down. Additionally, he has Hydrocephalus, club feet, and neurogenic bowel/bladder. But, wipe that down look off your face because this Dream Kid is so full of life, there is no time to frown! He plays for the rollinhornets 🏀, he loves to work out 💪, and he loves to jam to the Smashing Pumpkins 👨‍🎤! How's that for "full of life"???? 🎉
