I’m so excited to highlight our somewhat behind the scenes YOGA PARTY LIVE teammate.  Why behind the scenes?  She’s responsible for our incredible logo, website and marketing videos but she’s right up in our faces taking pictures at our events lol.  Introducing one of my all time favorites and bestie TAMELA KEMP!!!! tamelakemp omg this girl is an OG before anyone!  She took my very first yoga pictures before I had any gigs!  And by coincidence I met her at Postino and we both remember that day vividly.  These connections are not by chance!!! If you guys need any pictures, websites, or marketing videos Tamela is your girl. 
During the quarantine/LD she has been doing lots of meditation...a lot! And yoga with lotsa Kriya and of course a little Yoga Party Live! It’s been really great for her doing a daily meditation practice with her daughter BettyKat too 😻 Meditation has been a welcomed shift in the day for her daughter to break up her school work schedule. Tamela has also been doing web design for some really awesome and lovely clients. She’s feeling so grateful. She has been doing porch portraits too which are a lot of fun...she did mine and I’m obsessed with them! Aaaand she’s feeling soooo much joy as she gets to know her new magical person in her life, Wes - AKA Sparky 💖 I think we are in love Wes at YPL...he’s the coolest guy and loves Weezer lol! When I asked her what she has learned about herself she told me...I have a new appreciation for the school work load of a 7th grader! Ive learned to trust more than ever. Trust that everything is working out for the best. To trust and be in complete appreciate for how supported I am. Through this time, I have found how powerful old cellular memory can be and how important it is to do the work to release what no longer serves me. And I have found that it's really important to be easy on myself as I tap into my true source energy as I try to keep my vibration high. And I learned just how much I miss connecting with all the Yoga Party Live Peeps. I mean it's a lot!! I know we all miss that tremendously! 💛✨💫 I love you Tamela.  You are the most authentic cool person I know.  #yogapartylive #yogapartyliveteam
