Resolutions vs Intentions.  Resolutions are goals that are made. If goals are not achieved then the result is failure.  Intentions are your desires set in motion through the thoughts you think, words you speak and actions you take.  Energy flows where attention goes.  Make an intention for 2020 and let the resolutions go.  We tied string yesterday to set the intention (silver string signifying inner wisdom) When the string falls off the intention has been received.  It should take about a month to fall off.  I have extra string if anyone would like to participate and set an intention for 2020. See you all soon.  Here’s our schedule:

1/24/20: (FRIDAY NIGHT) Mala Yoga Party 📿 🙏🏻🎉 6:30-8:30pm at Donna’s House.  Space very limited. 
1/26/20: Sandbar Gilbert 🌮🍺🥑🎉 8:30am *note: start times vary. 
Check in starts 30 minutes before yoga.  If you are coming in a group, arrive earlier than later.
