When I’m not teaching yoga events I am teaching yoga for athletes.  It lights me up like no other to work with athletes and to make a difference in their performance.  This is my third season as yoga coach for Higley Football.  Tonight my heart was melting seeing my guys doing yoga at half.  I am the luckiest girl every to teach yoga to fun people on Sunday’s and to athletes during the week.  Grateful higley_football_boosters #yogaforathletes #footballyoga
