Thrive Team Reveal... Taylor Ponsness taylorponsness  taylor.ponsness our kids yoga Instructor! 
Taylor started dancing and tumbling when she was just 2 years old!  She continued both dance and gymnastics until she was 6.  She has been a competitive dancer since 5 years old and moved her focus when she was 10 to training in ballet and contemporary.  Currently Taylor dances on the Casteel High School dance team.  She is a regular yoga practitioner with Donna Chasan being her first teacher; Taylor came to Donna after a hamstring tear looking for healing. They worked together and a love for yoga was developed (and a friendship created!) She is an incredible addition to our team and will be bringing her love for yoga and physical fitness to our kids yoga program.  #thrive #thriveteam
