We are thrilled with all the talent and uniqueness we have on our Thrive Team.  This is LISA azfityogi 
Lisa is a vivacious teacher who strives to help all students feel comfortable in their physical practice so they can tap into the deeper mental benefits.  The last thing a student needs when their trying to get their zen on is the feeling "Am I doing this right?" After leaving corporate America a few years ago, Lisa started pushing herself outside of her comfort zone and now she's addicted!  She's checked tough mudder, hiking havasupai, trying acroyoga, walking across fire (twice) and yoga teacher training off the list.  If you have any recommendations for what she should try next, please let us know in the comments below!

When she's not teaching yoga or finding adventure, you can find her cooking up a new recipe, collaborating with inspiring women or spending quality time with her boyfriend, Dr. Josh, and puppy, Basil. 
Lisa has never met a stranger!  A shy kiddo growing up, Lisa's grandma jokes that's she's been making up for lost time.
