Okay #fitfam It's confession time. It's taking me a lot of courage to post this because I always promised myself that I'd never let myself go. 😔 This is a picture of me during last semester college and now. My next post will be me last year and my goal for the next couple of months 🙊 when I went away to college, I slipped up from my regular healthy eating and my crazy workouts. 🍎🍇🍉 It was really hard for me to adjust to the college dining food with their unlimited cookies 🍪🍪🍪 and my favorite cheat meal of Chinese food 🍚🍱 in the dining center almost every day. I'm sure the drinking from Thursday night to Saturday wasn't helping either😒🍻🍸🍺🍷I saw that I was quickly hurting my body and I wasn't happy and so I made the decision that I need to stop. 
I ordered some #Vemma #Bode products and started drinking them and working out consistently again and I'm seeing a big difference.☺️ The bode products are so helpful in speeding up the process. It's a LifeSavor. I'm not worried at all about getting my dream body back!!! So moral of the story is that even if you let yourself slip (It seriously happens to the best of us) you can change it right now!! Make the decision and JUST DO IT!
