This probably doesn’t look like anything to you. You’re like “oh, cool Aislinn. A class ring. Whatever.” But let me tell you, this is more than that. 
This class ring belongs to my very favorite person (besides rgtercero, of course). Only the world’s best grandma, my Grandma Nancy Almaraz Garza, Hebbronville Longhorn Class of ‘45. I found this ring, old and damaged in the back of a drawer and without a stone. ambersjewels helped me fix it up.

If you knew my Grandma, you know she did everything BIG. Big jokes, big belly laughs, big dreams. And if she wanted something, you better believe she was going to get it. 
I just don’t know how I ended up being shy and calladita (haha). Education and pursuing dreams was pretty important to her and I think she’d be pretty proud of her 3 grandgirls and the way we’ve chosen to attack life: in a BIG way.
