My sista from another mista, fictionincarnate is always preaching self-care and I realized this summer, I didn't practice a ton of it! Doing things just because you like them and it makes you feel good. So when my student, casares.maddie, showed me dancehousefitness--I decided to take a few classes for ME! I'm not 15 anymore and YEAH, it's hard. But it's so fun! This morning's class definitely had me feeling Tight AF! Love it.
