Accountability post. July was a rough month for me eating and exercise wise. I made a deal with myself to get refocused and set some pretty attainable goals. If I could lose 6# a month, I could lose 50# by britter729's wedding in March. 
Well here it is for the week! As much as I hate Rowing, I think the #DogDaysOfSummerRowingChallenge
