Part 2: Pre-Season XC Camp celebrating having training partners for shared efforts after lone summer work stacking bricks, remembering how to embrace process goals and cultivating a SYSTEM to generate continued success ladder rung by ladder rung over time over chasing a one time far reaching end result, and honoring the whys and whos that we run for. 

Gratitude to each athlete, staff support, and fabulously motivating guests (like Kim Conley) that contributed energy, influence, time, wisdom, and belief in this squad along with bringing a spirit of collaboration. 

We open our season September 1st and can't wait to suit up together in Cardinal colors!
