We implement ISO’s in the first block of our offseason programming to help our athletes build a strong foundation coming off a long season. We’re building their strength and endurance back up using time under tension at specific joint angles during the main lifts — auxiliary work may or may not include ISO’s depending on the athlete’s needs when they come in. ⠀
