A few more day-2 photos from the epic battle to earn 🥈 as a team. Shoutout to our Pentathletes that doubled back in high jump to both earn more points for their team and to jenelle_r_17 who did 8 events across the weekend to fight for her team (Pentathlon (5)+ LJ, HJ, 4x4 anchor!) 

Shoutout to griffithcharity on new high jump personal best of 6-2.75" (1.90meters) after a pent the day before and improving on her nationals rankings. 

Personal best 3k's after track size conversions for sarah2mahn (9:40) and shelbchristman (9:58) and gutsy racing by both & both held off all competitors on a team that had potential in that event to take away 2nd place team points from us from behind and flip 3rd/2nd (they beat all BGSU competitors in the race) & went in with clear focus on that target! 

Shoutout to true freshman alana.springer scoring in both the 60m and 200m across the weekend during her first macsports championships! 

Repeat 800m title by Kayla Jones in a new indoor personal best (2:07 converted), indoor 400m best by Lexi Thigpen for 3rd, strong 200's by Jenna Oriani and Alana Springer both, double HJ points from Charity and Jenelle, and defense work on the team trying to clip us from behind by the 3k race squad. 

4x4 took 4th trying a different order in emma.potter to _lexiskye to kaylaj_25 to jenelle_r_17 that weekend. 

Thanks to positive in-person energy from alumni karleigh_conner79 & karlie_zumbro & domonis -- we felt your wind beneath our Cardinal wings!
