alana.springer qualified out of both prelims and semis to the finals of the 60m--ran a lifetime best in that final (7.60), and came back to grab a personal record at 200m.

evie.n0el indoor 800m personal best (2:15) on her 800m season opener 

All of our 60m & 200m contenders in lindleysteele jenna_oriani and alana.springer ran their best ever and brought their A game. 

The 4x400m relay [ emma.potter -> allyxvall -> jenna_oriani -> jenelle_r_17 ] ran 3:50 to lead conference standings for this week of February, 2023.

_lexiskye opened last indoor at 57.5 and this indoor at 56 in her indoor first 400m of season...

Super gutsy racing by sarah2mahn & shelbchristman in the 3k for 9:43 and 10:06. The debut indoor 3k was leaps ahead of Mahnensmith's high school 11:00 3200m pB. 

jennaschifferer ran a 5k lifetime best, closing strong in 18:28! 

We can't wait to see what's up next for the Cardinals as purposeful work pays off.
