Director of #DSTnorth thekevinpoppe coaches up one of our athletes on his deadlift form. One of our biggest priorities is correct form & safety. We work with each of our athletes on form throughout each workout. Using videos often helps athletes see what their bodies are doing & coordinate that with what they’re feeling their bodies do throughout a movement.

We master the basics then advance from there!
