Blake has been training with us since the summer of 2015. He has been coming off of a knee injury, and we could not be more proud of him. We have been putting him through some strength phases to help rebuild his knee after surgery. Blake’s consistency with his nutrition as well as his dedication to his mobility work has paid off.⁣⁣⁣
