Kayla crushed her 2:11 former 800m personal record with a 2:06 Saturday after a 200m pB on Friday night--but it was more about the courage to run the race pattern given and to execute & then anchored our season-best 4x4Relay that went 3:40! 

Lexi earned a 200m personal best Friday, came back Saturday to PR at 400m 56-> 54...big mental breakthrough race! Great 4x4R opener leg!

Ken got that 100H pB 13.86 after rebounding from injury, after 13.87 in prelim, and stepped up for her teammates on 4x1R last minute after a teammate tweaked their knee in the 200 the day before, and a 61s 400HURDLES race, HELLO throwing down for your TEAM! 

Pay 400m pB 55.1 and found the 54.1 she wanted in the 4x4 relay 3rd leg! Always brings a fierce fight for her team!

Charity with a long jump pB of 5.96m!!! 
Consistency to give her all every-time out and how she takes care of herself as well--the attention to detail! griffithcharity
