We want each event group to have opportunities to connect with each other...
Be put in positions to bare witness to each others' work ethic and grit...
To grow a common respect for the consistency of effort that is demanded of each discipline--even if it's an event you do not do. 

For that reason, our meet travel morning shakeout routine happens together. 
For that reason, some of our weight room days/times happen together. 
For that reason, our practice time blocks overlap. 

One of the greatest gifts you can give your teammates is the energy you share, the work effort you exude, and the attitude you bring: every-single-day.
