Most Unique Community Commitment – Matt West, Ouachita Parish Business Development Banker. Matt is a member of the #WestMonroe Civitan Club and the chairman for the Civitan Smiles Park committee. Civitan Smiles Park is an all-inclusive playground for children with disabilities currently under construction at #KiroliPark in West Monroe, and Matt has been instrumental in making it happen.
