Putting my body through punishment, going into the discomfort, facing the fear head on. 🥊

Every moment of my day is spent focussing on what lies ahead...

My physical practices… My mental practices… 

There are no easy workouts, no easy sparring sessions. 🚫

Because the truth is this. This isn’t cross fit. This isn’t another Ironman. 

This is a fight. 🤼‍♂

And inside the squared circle, there are no easy victories. 💢
