It’s clear that psychedelics are no magic pill. Like anything, the individual must put their energy into the process and endeavour what has been shown before them.
The integration process is key for a successful outcome, and without it, change may not occur. 
The toughest part is allowing the lessons learnt to be brought into the whole person, one must be patient and open for the developments to occur.
The best things in life take time, and a psychedelic experience is not to be rushed.
