My name is Emma, and my background in collegiate athletics has led me to the personal training space. I use my Bachelors in Behavioral Sciences in hand with my coaching experience to help create space for people to learn more about themselves 🤩 

I believe the mind-muscle connection is so important to our overall health and longevity, and fitness is the best way to unlock those strengths. I view workouts as one of the most accessible forms of therapy, working on yourself and building a support network at once. 

Outside of the gym, I am exploring the Metro-Detroit restaurant scene or relaxing at home with my two cats Astral and Aurora. I am also an avid bookworm so send me all your favorite reads!!📚 I am so excited to be apart of the BFF community & can’t wait to see all you beautiful ladies!✨
