it occurred to me today that i pretty much leapfrogged right over all of the apple spice bakes and went straight for the pumpkin. rest assured, i’ve got some brand new apple recipes coming next week {hello apple cider donut cake!!}. in the meantime, go enjoy these salted caramel pumpkin cheesecakes. they’re mini and marvelous if i do say so myself - did i mention the ginger snap crust? soooo good!! recipe linked in bio bakers!
