I’m getting a jump start on citrus season and made us a meyer lemon poppy seed cake/loaf/bread. Call it what you will, I call it sunshine on a plate. It’s perfectly lemony and zesty in all the right places and it comes together in no time. It’s the perfect any-time cake. I use ellenosyogurt’s greek yogurt {AD} in both the cake and the glaze.
