If it weren’t for these glazed coffee cake muffins, I might just pull the sheets over my head and wait for Tuesday to roll around. Currently working on a quick bread version of this streuseled deliciousness but I am happy to report there is a long overdue grapefruit poppy seed cake on the blog this morning.
