I’m breaking all the rules today and kicking off cookie week here at BBB with a bar cookie. I know, I’m such a rebel. 😉 But we be busy and who has time to be scooping cookie dough all day? These everything but the kitchen sink cookie bars are basically the ultimate bar chock full of everything good in the world...chocolate, toffee, oats, toasted pecans and brown butter. These are not your average oatmeal bar folks. And they get big time bonus points for being one of the easiest bar cookies ever. Just mix, pour, bake, eat. {and repeat} Oh, and did I mention they are just begging for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Grab the recipe in my stories today bakers!
