It’s no secret I’m a cookie-a-day kinda girl. But sometimes {like on Mondays 😉} a girl just has to get in an extra long workout, jump on the #meatlessmonday bandwagon and indulge in a slightly less sinful dessert. My almond butter chocolate chunk cookies made with coconut oil and #bobsredmillflour are just the ticket to that feel-good-food I can indulge in any day of the week. Thanks to the good people over at bobsredmill I’m stocked up on all the almond flour and coconut flour I need to bake my favorite healthy {ish} cookies on repeat.
