We teamed up with our friends chefsroll and barillaus this month to celebrate National Pasta Month! We will be posting some delicous pasta creations that Chef Ryan comes up with all month long! Let us know your favorite throughout the month and you may just see it as a fixture on the menu!
Here we have Casarecce pasta with Milk Braised lamb from Elysian Fields Farm. Finished it off with some brown butter roasted maitake mushrooms and some raw beets! .
