In the mood for Risotto tonight? We start ours with a very rich Caramelized Shallot Stock. We then add some lemon juice and zest, lots of butter, pecorino cheese, and herbs! We top it off with some beautiful greens from our friends garfieldfarm that we dress with olive oil and minus8vinegar . A simple, yet complex dish that will surely leave you happy and full!
