During my 1 month stage at The French Laundry, whenever I looked at any of the clocks, I was reminded of these three words, "Sense of Urgency". A phrase that becomes part of your life working for the TKRG. A constant push to work harder, work faster and work more efficiently. Grateful for lessons like this.
