Meet Dr. Raul Chavez! Dr. Chavez is an Associate Professor of Business and the Program Coordinator for the Master of Management and Leadership (MSML) here at SWU.
🇻🇪 What does #HispanicHeritageMonth mean to you?
“It is a time to acknowledge the cultural, historical, and economic contributions of Americans of Latino and Hispanic descent!”
⛪️What’s your favorite thing about SWU?
“I truly enjoy working at a faith-centered institution where students and instructors participate in devotionals and integrate Scriptural selections in reports and projects. Also, there is a strong committment to serving God and the community.”
☕️Whats your favorite bluehillcoffee drink?
I used to order a variety of teas. I tried a different kind each week. 
🎨 What’s a fun fact about you that most people may not know?
“I think most people don't know that I enjoy drawing and oil painting. I took classes to be a portrait artist in Greenville several years ago.”
