Dear Olympians,

I first raised my fist in the air 53 years ago on the Olympic podium in Mexico City. I know it'd be met with boos, death threats, and possibly even worse. But I also knew that what I was doing was necessary for humanity. 

Don't let anyone stand in the way of what God puts in your mind & heart. Stand up for what you believe, and build your legacy. ✊🏾
