These Pimento Mac & Cheese Balls from @napoleonproducts are sure to be a crowd-pleaser for your golf viewing party this weekend! ⛳

The combination of creamy, cheesy goodness and pimentos will leave you wanting more. The best part is that they’re super easy to make (and can be prepped ahead of time). 🤤

Cheese Balls
1 2/3 cups macaroni
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups cream
1 cup pimento cheese spread
½ cup Velveeta (4 oz)
½ cup cheddar
2 - 3 qt vegetable oil for frying

Breading
2 cups panko
1 cup flour
3 tbsp seasoning
3 eggs
1/2 cup half and half

Combine the pasta and pimento cheese sauce.
Spread in a quarter sheet pan. Cover with plastic wrap, with the plastic directly on the surface. Chill in the fridge until solid.

Scoop out 1/4 cup at a time and form them into balls. Cover and chill for another 30-60 minutes. Combine flour and seasoning. Beat eggs with cream. Season panko. Roll in flour, then in egg, back in the flour, back in egg, then into breading. Oil at 350 – side burner

Grill at 450 with rack and baking sheet

Fry for 3 min, finish in the grill to 165+ on our Prestige 500 grill!
