Former assistant preschool teacher Ebony Parker is facing charges of neglect after a six-year-old shot his teacher in a Virginia elementary school. The teacher survived and is now suing the school. Parker has been indicted with a grand jury saying she failed to take action after being made aware of a serious threat. The grand jury report also said that upon hearing about a shooting in the school, Parker closed the door to her office, leaving a grandmother and child in the school lobby.
