#NCStateCALS graduate Yue “Gabby” Xiong did it all during her time at NCState — undergraduate #research, getting certified as an NCStateWellRec fitness instructor and starting her own #YouTube channel to share #Asian recipes and traditional cooking. 

From childhood, Xiong has wanted to study #nutrition, inspired by her family and #culture.
