Every spring, at at our #Equine Education Unit, student interns, faculty and staff assemble for “foal watch.” Mares in parturition need constant monitoring to ensure a safe and healthy birth, so they all take rotations — day and night.

Students say the experience has solidified #lifegoals, forged #friendships and provided #connection to the awe of being present for the first moments of a new life. 🐴❤️
