For #agbusiness and #poultryscience senior Ethan Holland, his entire life and college career have been devoted to advocating for the #dairy industry. From serving as president of dsc.ncstate, to being the only undergraduate thus far to serve as both a Helms Fellow on #CapitolHill and a Warren Leadership Policy Fellow, his experiences at NCState have provided him with endless opportunities. Now as he prepares for #graduation, he wanted to shine a light on dairy farming by bringing his #cow, Celebrity, to campus. “Since my roots have been deep in agriculture while a student, there was no better way to end my career at N.C.
