Food, Bioprocessing and #Nutrition Sciences grad student Michael Lloyd developed the #sauce, but he sees food as more than something to eat. He wants to make foods that better absorb antioxidants, such as lycopene, in order to reduce people’s risk factors for #cardiovasculardisease and #cancer.
