Yesterday I posted a video about this Family that weights over a ton & a supporter of mine sent me a video of "Drew" (the brother with the groceries in his pants) working out. & I was ABSOLUTELY inspired. Not only has he turned his life around, he's made fitness a pivotal part of his lifestyle. I was smiling ear to ear when I watched his progress online. Proud of this brother. Weight loss is in your control! Only YOU can get your body right! 
It sounds easy coming from a dude who is already chiseled but trust me it isn't easy. It's a constant grind! But soon... I plan on getting the UnChiseledAdonis to make this breakthrough in his own life!
