Political Correctness is ruining Comedy

Why do people apologize for making jokes at a comedy club?! The audience is there to laugh not hand out books to the needy. I never seen so many comics walking on eggshells in my life. One comic stopped halfway through his joke because he thought he'd be called a racist... SO WHAT! JUST TELL THE JOKE! FUCK WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF YOU!! This reminds me of when Bill Burr performed in front of a PC Crowd, or when Jerry Seinfeld performed at a college. People just wanna be offended nowadays... Ridiculous
