Pulled pork off the pit is always a pretty thing 💯

Took this butt and elevated the flavor in a major way with my truffle rub “this thing of ours 2” from @gustusvitae 👌🏾 Then I threw it on the @pitboss_gabe over @jealousdevilcharcoal maxx briquettes and post oak wood chunks. After 4 hours I wrapped with @modelousa and some @thewsauce The end result was pork 🧈🧈🧈
