To make:
1️⃣ season your stemplecreek lamb riblets with gustusvitae “this thing of ours”
2️⃣ Smoke on briskitgrills at 275 for hour and a half
3️⃣ Wrap with onion, garlic, rosemary, beef stock and tycoonspirits cognac. Back on covered for 1.5-2 hours 
4️⃣ Remove rosemary, emulsify sauce. Serve over creamy grits, risotto, white rice or butter noodles
