I lit up my biggreenegg and went to work on this firstlight.farm brisket! My umami rub with gustusvitae and a layer of misrubinsseasonings black magic. I put it on at about 400 degrees and let it rock for 2.5 hours. I wrapped her up in reynoldsbrands butcher paper and she was done in another 90 mins. No joke this one one of the best briskets I’ve ever made! Didn’t squeeze it at all and the juice was 💦💦💦 Who wants a slice?
