TO MAKE:
1️⃣ cube pork belly with dalstrong crixus and season with chucksflavortrain “pinky poppin umami” and biguncbbqrubs “fine swine”
2️⃣ Smoke at 250 for 2 hours 
3️⃣ Place in a pan, cover and get back on for 1 more hour.
4️⃣ Pour off rendered fat. Add in brown sugar, the_w_sauce , fivemonkeysbbqsauce orange chili and oaklanddust chili lime. Mix to evenly coat pork. Get back on, uncovered at 275 for 30 minutes or so to set sauce
5️⃣ Enjoy immediately!
