Wings with an Asian flavor profile have always been a favorite but these took it to a whole new level! The mala spice added an amazing sweet and savory element and I don’t even have the vocabulary to describe the zhong sauce. It’s a sweet and savory chili oil with a little bit of Szechuan style heat on the back end. I legit could have had 3 dozen of these wings if I didn’t have to share lol
