SEXY STEAK WITH A COFFEE DEMI GLACÉ 👌🏾 Took this tomahawk and seasoned her up real nice like! After cooking her to perfection I elevated the flavor into overdrive with a coffee demi glacé using coffee from cometeer ☕️ Who wants a slice!?

TO MAKE COFFEE DEMI GLACÉ:
💥 Place 3 quarts  homemade beef stock on the stovetop over low heat with some rosemary and thyme in a cheesecloth packet. 
💥 Cook slowly and let reduce. Remove any skum that forms.  Simmer until reduced to 1-2 cups. It should be thick and coat a spoon when done
