Pizza, pizza party!!!! Back at it again with the cuisinartbbq 6-3-1 Challenge! For this round we had to use the pizza oven feature of the 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus… enough said! In case you forgot, the 6 ingredients we were tasked to use are:
💥Pizza dough
💥Bone-in leg/thigh quarters
💥Eggs
💥 cuisinartbbq Ultimate Pizza Seasoning
🔥Tomatoes on the vine 
💥My selected secret ingredient: pepperoncinis

To make this delicious Chicken Meatball & Parm Pizza, I deboned and ground the chicken thighs, diced the tomatoes and had everything else ready to go. I hit the tomatoes with the cuisinartbbq “Ultimate Pizza Seasoning” and threw them in the pizza oven until they were soft and reduced. I mixed the ground chicken with the seasoning as well, along with homemade pizza dough bread crumbs and 2 eggs. I par grilled them because nobody likes raw chicken.

From there, I assembled the pie, threw it on in the oven, and 2 minutes later I was on the FlavorTrain to Pizza Town. Oh, and I used parmesan as a “pantry/staple” ingredient as I’m adopted and my dad is Italian. If I didn’t have some sort of parmesan in stock at all times, he might disown me (lol), so hopefully that doesn’t disqualify me! 🤣🤣🤣 lol.
