Whiskey braised beef cheeks 🥩 I’ll start out by saying if you haven’t had beef cheeks, you’re missing out!

Got these cheeks from porterroad and not only are they super high quality, they come trimmed which is nice 👌🏾 Hit em with the_w_sauce before making sure the flavor was packin never lackin with my rub “bbfg” with gustusvitae (if you haven’t tried it, but it now and thank me later). I cooked in on the pitbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal and cherry wood chunks for an hour and a half before wrapping them with goldbarwhiskey and beef broth. The end result was beef butter 🧈 that was packed with flavor and made for some killer tacos 🌮
